Four young women are threatened by their landlady with eviction from their apartment. The rent is not the only thing they can't pay, but Morgane has the idea of placing an advert in Score magazine offering practical sex education lessons. This is successful in attracting clients. Finally the landlady returns and catches them at it, but she is drawn into the inevitable orgy, as is the plumber.
There are invented credits which are not completely readable because the picture is effectively cropped slightly on the right side. Some of these names are Larie Cover, Melanie & Morgane Feel.
